Born and raised in Albany, NY, Nelson VanDenburgh brings a little bit of everything to venues all around the Capital Region. In the 6th Grade he begged his parents to buy him guitar, and he started teaching himself how to play. The only thing he loves more than music is his family. His largest influences are James Taylor, Eric Clapton, & the Zac Brown Band.

He is also an active member of the New York Army National Guard. The Army has taken him across the country living in locations such as Fort Knox, KY, Fort Lee, VA, Niceville, FL and Yuma, AZ. Wherever he has gone, his music has gone with him. Now he is back in Upstate NY, playing at a venue near you!
